ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lakeview Behavioral Health & Riverwoods Behavioral Health are excited to announce an extension and expansion of their partnership with Piedmont Healthcare in providing psychiatric assessment services across the greater Atlanta area and Athens.
The new agreement adds Piedmont Athens as a supported assessment location. The mobile assessment team supporting Piedmont hospitals is comprised of over 40 talented psychiatric professionals offering 24 / 7 services to those in need of immediate assessment for psychiatric services and placement into a treatment program appropriate to their care, whether that be on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

Lakeview Behavioral Health is located in Norcross, Georgia, and features 90 beds offering adolescent, adult, and geriatric psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a forthcoming 28-bed expansion in 2019. Riverwoods Behavioral health is located in Riverdale, Georgia and features 85 beds offering adolescent, adult, and geriatric treatment services in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a forthcoming 10-bed expansion in 2019.
